Created beneath the stairwell as part of a larger reordering of the home, the wine cellar is a study in elegant utility. It reflects the project’s deeper belief that refinement is often found in the quietest moves—the ones that make life easier, more beautiful, and more complete all at once.

The bar forms part of the lower level’s richer architectural experience, helping transform it from an after-thought into a destination. It adds warmth, usefulness, and a certain celebratory ease. It is luxury expressed not as excess, but as a house fully prepared to receive.

The wine cellar contributes to the sense that every layer of the home was given equal care. It is not a flourish appended to the project, but part of a coherent larger vision—one in which entertaining, architecture, and daily life belong naturally together.

A vivid point of view

The bar at Walters Port became one of the clearest expressions of the home’s more adventurous side. Custom curved cabinetry, sparkling blue paint finishes, LED-lit countertops, and lighted mirroring soffits give the room a vivid sense of presence. Lighting shifts the energy entirely, creating an atmosphere that feels polished, bold, and unforgettable. Even so, it remains part of the home’s larger rhythm of cohesion and control.

Transport back in time

The bar room at Warren’s Speakeasy is designed as an atmosphere as much as a destination—rich with color, texture, and a sense of occasion. Pendants finished with flapper-style fringe and details that nod to the era give the space its distinctive character, while the bar itself anchors the room with warmth and presence.

It is a place meant for lingering: intimate, transportive, and shaped to make every cocktail feel like part of a larger experience.
