The lower level shifts in tone—more relaxed, more immersive. Inspired by old-world French plantations and the Golden Age of Travel, the palette turns to leather, rattan, and stone. The media room opens to the pool area and integrates state-of-the-art technology within a richly layered environment. Surrounding spaces—including a wine cellar, gallery, exercise room, and guest quarters—extend the experience. Designed for recreation, entertainment, and retreat.

The media room carries Fox Street’s larger balance of sophistication and ease into a more relaxed setting. It feels immersive, comfortable, and fully resolved, never slipping into the casual carelessness that often weakens secondary rooms.

At Lupton Drive, the entertainment room sits within a home designed to hold both elegance and memory. The project allowed certain spaces to become more expressive while maintaining a shared visual language throughout.

The children’s pinball machine remains part of the story here, not as nostalgia for its own sake, but as evidence that the house was designed to hold the family’s life as it really is. The room feels welcoming, personal, and naturally social.
