Julie Ann Witt has been a part of the design industry for over 40 years. Starting out in a small town just south of the Canadian border, Julie Ann has paved the way for many in the design industry as she forged her own path. When she left Northern Minnesota, she built a business that would be the model for the big box design and furnishings superstores that exist today. After achieving success with that model, Julie Ann ventured again into something even more singular and unique. She has worked with architects, builders, artists, mentors, and even Buddhist monks to create the creed she works and lives by today, “Shaping the Art of Living.” Julie Ann resides in Wayzata with her husband Bob, and their much loved chihuahua Lucy.

Bob Witt has worn many hats, that of lead sales managers, sea captain, and even pilot, and this sense of adventure and ability to take on any opportunity led him into the interior design world upon marrying Julie Ann. Bob is an integral part of Julian’s operations team; he leads the commercial team facilitating all of Julian’s apartment renovations and turns. There is no detail big or small that Bob doesn’t help attend to, and he helps keep all projects flowing smoothly for the team.

Lacy Hughes has been an active member of the interior design community since 2008. She completed her Bachelors of Fine Arts with an emphasis in Interior Design in 2010. Lacy’s focus and passion are in making both her own and her clients’ design visions a reality. Her attention to detail and problem-solving skills are top-notch. Lacy currently resides in Delano,MN with her husband, baby boy, and dog Regan.

Billie Marie Tharaldson has been an interior designer for more than 20 years. Not only did she grow up in the business, she received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with an emphasis in Interior Design in 2002. Billie says, “Your home is a reflection of who you are and your value system. Make it your best, make it joyful, make it beautiful.” Billie currently resides in Long Lake, MN with her husband, two active boys, and her loyal pup Leo.
