Heritage Drive - Creating Something from Nothing
What started as a main-level powder room project turned into a full house refresh. They loved the bones of their home, but wanted to create a space that reflected their love of color, art, and their art deco design aesthetic. The layout flowed well for them, so we focused instead on utilizing unused space to breathe new life into their home. The wine cellar of their dreams fit perfectly under their stairs, and a roomy lounge spot was created by expanding their loft and including a library, wet bar, pool table, and 100" TV.
